The number of positions, instructors, percentages, and overall appointments are subject to change. Appointments are not finalized until candidates receive a Letter of Appointment from the Haas ASE Administrator.
Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements and are able to complete ALL mandatory training sessions should submit an online application.
The policy of the Haas School is to give priority for Academic Student Employee (ASE) appointments to eligible Haas students first, then other eligible UC Berkeley students, then eligible students from other UC campuses. In addition, the policy of the Haas School is to give priority for ASE appointments in Haas courses to advanced Haas PhD students first, then other Haas and UC Berkeley PhD students, then Haas MBA (and rarely undergraduate) students, before considering eligible non-UC Berkeley PhD students and others.
Haas’ Spring 2025 GSI and Reader positions will be posted on 10/21/24 at 5pm.
