International Business Development (IBD) is a management consulting program at the Walter A. Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. For over 25 years, IBD has partnered with corporate, government and not-for-profit organizations to help redefine how they do business around the world. IBD has taken on innovative and value-enhancing engagements that span the globe, dispatching over 1,800 MBA students to 89 countries.

IBD overseas consulting projects include business plans, feasibility studies, financial analyses, market research, and much more. These engagements benefit a wide range of industries, including technology, healthcare, energy, retail, education and conservation, among others. IBD teams solve strategic problems for large corporations, small and mid-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, social impact organizations, nonprofits and governments.
