DocuSign released a new UI. The header Manage is replaced by Agreements. Under Agreements, the navigation for Powerforms can be found here.
To view all Envelope statuses when searching, you must click Show More to view more of the navigation.
If you use WebForms, they now live in the Templates header navigation.
