Event Audio/Visual Support is the process of planning and coordinating technology aspects of special events at Berkeley Haas. Haas TS can help provide these services subject to the Event AV Policy.
Event recordings are subject to the Video Asset Retention Policy.*
*This policy guides the retention of all recordings created for lecture capture, classes, events, announcements, and all other types of video produced or acquired by Technology Solutions: Media Services.
Event Management System (EMS)
EMS is the room reservation system for Haas students, faculty and staff. Use it to reserve Group Study Rooms, Conference Rooms, and Event Spaces (access to spaces may be limited by status and affiliation, and may be subject to approval by the Haas Event & Space Management Group).

Haas Room Catalog
The Haas Room Catalog helps users search for and view reservable Haas spaces like classrooms, conference rooms, and event venues. It can help filter spaces by room type, attributes or features, and AV capabilities.
