✔  Set your bMail @haas address as default
This is a bMail setting which you can set after Aug. 20, 2020, or the official start of Fall semester

CONFIGURE LAPTOP & SOFTWARE

PhDs are typically set up with Haas-managed, pre-configured office desktops.  In order to facilitate remote work, however, PhDs are encouraged to set up their personal laptops or desktops with the necessary programs, software, and access.

Reference the items below for resources to help configure your devices:

First-year PhDs: Campus software may not be available for download until the official start of your Program’s semester.

✔  Configure your laptop for Haas work
→ Set up online (Zoom) appointment for laptop configuration
✔  Set up VPN
✔  Set up Remote Desktop Connection
✔  Set up Zoom
✔  Find available Campus software

NOTE: Please make arrangements for long-term data storage the semester before you graduate since IT access and security is disabled on your official graduation date.
