REMOTE DESKTOP

In order to connect remotely to a PC computer from your Mac, we recommend the MS Remote Desktop for Mac client. The instructions below will show you how to download, install, and configure MS Remote Desktop for Mac on your computer. Please note that you will need your Apple ID in order to download and install the client.

VPN

The Remote Access VPN (Virtual Private Network) service is designed to allow Campus users to connect to the UC Berkeley network through an encrypted link.

The Campus VPN software is the bSecure Remote Access VPN.  Please follow the link below to go to the Campus site to learn more, download, and install bSecure.

WIFI

AirBears2 is the Campus’ secure and preferred wifi service for students, faculty, staff and affiliates.  To access AirBears2, you will need your CalNet ID, as well an AirBears2 Key.
