Haas Teaching & Event Services (TES) supports instructional lecture capture/video recording within the Haas School of Business.
Most class recordings have been scheduled at the beginning of the semester. To request for an unscheduled lecture capture, please use the button here (opens a Google Form):
Scheduling
Haas TES schedules classes for lecture capture/video recording using course scheduling data provided by the Haas degree programs offices.
The availability of recorded material may vary by program office. Please be guided by the video delivery schedule below.
NOTE: not all classes are recorded. Please verify your class’s recording status with the degree program office.
Classrooms Supported
TES provides lecture capture/video recording for Haas classrooms that are equipped with cameras and recording equipment.
Video management and delivery is facilitated through Panopto, the media application used within Haas bCourses. Once the recording is available, it will be viewable from the class’ bCourses site Media Library (Panopto).

- Discussion, review, or breakout sessions are not recorded.

Students must request access to a particular class recordings from their instructor. |
Notes
- Class review session recording not available unless pre-arranged with programs ahead of time.
- Any class change/moves will be the responsibility of the requestor or lecturer to request a schedule change with TES by sending an email to Help Desk.
- All recording requests will need to be sent within two weeks prior to the start of the semester. Any change after the semester starts will have at least a week delay to be (re)scheduled (this includes classroom changes).
- All schedules are on the hour (XX:00) and half hour (XX:30).
- If you have a presenter you must ask for a release form signed from them in order for us to publish the recording. If the presenter does not want to be recorded, please send a request a week in advance to delete the scheduled recording.
- We do not edit classroom videos.
- All arrangements above are pre-arranged with Haas Program Offices, Haas Leadership and Instructors. Once the semester starts, no process changes will be made during the semester.
