Application Procedure

If you’re interested, complete the Sign-Up form to receive a notification from the Haas Financial Aid Office when the application cycle becomes available.

The Berkeley Haas Loan Repayment Assistance Program application opens each year from June 15 to July 15 for the Summer Cycle, and from December 15 to January 15 for the Winter Cycle. Dates and deadlines are subject to change.

  • Summer cycle reviews payments made from January through June.
  • Winter cycle reviews payments made from July through December.

  • Income Documentation
    • US Income
      • Federal Tax Return, W-2, and 1099 forms
      • Spouse/domestic partner’s Federal Tax Return, including W-2 and 1099 forms, if filed separately
    • Foreign Income
      • Country’s Income Tax Return/Statement
      • Country’s Annual Income Certificate
  • Documentation of Required Minimum Monthly Payment
    • Loan(s) Statements
