VPs of Admissions Profiles
Wyatt Middleton
- Class of 2026
- Industry: Defense
- Function: Management and Systems Engineering
Wyatt Middleton graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering. Following his graduation, he served on two naval ships: an AVENGER-class minesweeper and an ARLEIGH BURKE-class guided missile destroyer, completing four deployments to the Pacific and the Middle East. Wyatt later pursued a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering and became an Engineer Duty Officer in the Navy. He is currently the Officer in Charge of a Strategic Systems Program Management Office. Wyatt is eager to explore leadership, business, and management philosophies at Haas and apply these insights to his next military assignment.
Advait Apte

Advait is currently working as a Hardware Engineer in Camera Design at Qualcomm. He joined Haas to further strengthen his personal and business skills and to deep dive into the nuances of how business intersects with technology. As a VP of Admissions, Advait hopes to encourage and support the dreams of students and make them a reality. He received his Bachelor’s degree from National Institute of Technology, Karnataka, and his Master’s degree from North Carolina State University.
Kyle Bell

- Function: Regulatory Affairs and Public Disclosures
Kyle is a Finance Program Manager at Google LLC, who oversees the governance of Financial and/or Business sensitive disclosures. He graduated from Canisius University with a double major in Information Systems Management and Accounting Information Systems, and a minor in Computer Forensics. Prior to joining Google, Kyle worked for 5 years as a Contract Risk & Compliance Consultant, where he spent half of each year internationally, supporting clients in APAC and LATAM. As a CPA and Finance professional, Kyle came to Haas to better his understanding of the non financial and strategic aspects business.
Sriratna Josyula

Sri is a Senior Product Manager with over 13 years of experience in the tech industry, including 5.5 years dedicated to product management. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California. Prior to transitioning into product management, Sri held various engineering roles, both in management and as an individual contributor.
Believing that learning is a lifelong journey, Sri joined Haas to gain a comprehensive perspective on leadership and business management. She is passionate about mentoring and helping individuals discover and pursue career paths that best suit them.
Swarna Karuppiah

- Function: Structural Engineering
Swarna Karuppiah is currently working in Austin, Texas, as a licensed engineer in building design and sustainability with over 7 years of experience. She joined the Flex program with an aim to bridge her skills gap and explore career growth & pivots. She received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and her Master’s in Structural Engineering at the University of Southern California. As a VP of Admissions, she hopes to create transparency around the Haas experiences and the available opportunities for the prospective students.
