Inclusive leadership involves recognizing and addressing individual and systemic biases while compassionately engaging with diverse perspectives to foster a sense of belonging and inclusion. It includes managing individuals’ unique experiences and challenges based on their social identities, engaging in allyship and mentorship, and promoting equitable structures and policies.
