Analytic Solver Platform (ASP)
Analytic Solver Platform is a predictive and prescriptive analytics tool in Excel. UGBA104 or MBA240 students wanting to use ASP on their Macs can access it through the Berkeley Citrix workspace. Follow the How Do I instructions in the link below.
Printing
Haas is now using WebPrint to manage print jobs. The new service eliminates the need for printer-mapping or driver-downloading processes, and is currently used in many supported printers.

Remote Desktop
In order to connect remotely to a PC computer from your Mac, we recommend the MS Remote Desktop for Mac client. The instructions below will show you how to download, install, and configure MS Remote Desktop for Mac on your computer. Please note that you will need your Apple ID in order to download and install the client.
VPN
The Remote Access VPN (Virtual Private Network) service is designed to allow Campus users to connect to the UC Berkeley network through an encrypted link.
The Campus VPN software is the bSecure Remote Access VPN. Please follow the link below to go to the Campus site to learn more, download, and install bSecure.
Wifi Options
eduroam is UC Berkeley’s secure and preferred on-campus Wifi service for students, faculty, staff and affiliates.
To access eduroam service, you will need a Wifi Key. Learn more about this Key and how to create it from the Campus eduroam page:
