The UC Berkeley Business Academy for Youth (B-BAY) is a flagship pre-collegiate business and entrepreneurship program, hosted by the top-ranked Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. We offer ambitious high school and middle school students an authentic and practical glimpse into their future – not just as college students, but as the next generation of innovative business leaders and entrepreneurs.

B-BAY is built on high academic standards combined with experiential learning and team-based projects. Students work with Haas faculty, guest entrepreneurs, PhD Candidates and MBA Alumni to research, develop, and pitch a complete business idea. Students get a head start on their academic college experience with hands-on experience.
