ReliaPly is a sustainable plywood replacement that fixes the environmental issues of plywood while even improving on wood-based plywood. Because we make our plywood by combining recyclable plastic and agricultural husks, we will prevent significant amounts of waste associated with those products.

Using innovative polymer technology and PCMs infused into breathable nylon fabric, Freeflow creates fabric for hijabs, burkas, and other articles of clothing that utilize miniature chemical reactions to cool the user. These products are designed for Muslim women who wear hijabs daily in parts of the world where temperatures reach extreme highs.

Edfur-U LLC provides assistive technology in the form of a multi-sensory, sustainable, and budget-friendly teddy bear for neurodiverse children. The multi-sensory aspect of Edfur-U’s product line utilizes haptics, auditory technology, and aromatherapy to enhance the therapeutic experience and effect of the audio. Overall, we hope to provide a soothing and engaging toy for children with special needs.

HelpatEase, by GAMAS LLC, is an easy-to-use interactive website and mobile application that connects background-checked volunteer workers with seniors registered with at-home elder care companies. The intention is that the workers will provide assistance with a wide range of common jobs that elders cannot perform with highly affordable and same-day service.

Product: Winter Apparel
Solis Winter Apparel is a Limited Liability Company that sells winter apparel (socks, gloves, hats, scarves, jackets, etc.) lined with self-heating, reusable technology. Unlike existing winter wear, Solis garments utilize an infinite, exothermic reaction (involving sodium acetate) that can be activated (and reactivated) by the user by clicking a metal disc. Solis garments use body heat coupled with chemical heat to produce much more effective winter wear that can heat up to 120° F. They are self-heating, comfortable garments that are washing machine friendly and reusable.

Piezoelectric crystals release energy when pressure is applied. The crystals will be put in tiles on surface roads, utilizing the pressure from passing cars to produce energy. Rather than relying on subsidies that consume taxpayer money or increase electricity bills, seeding money from private investors will cut down expenses for the general public. Piezogen is a reliable source of energy as it is not dependent on environmental factors, but rather on mechanics.

The EQband, which stands for Emotional Quotient Band, is a piece of wearable technology that identifies a user’s emotions by recording deviations from the individual’s baseline body vitals and evaluating this data with an AI program. To do so, the EQband measures pulse rate, stress levels, and sweat levels using a PPG sensor, EDA sensor, and a body temperature monitor.

Fibra is a clothing company that seeks to provide a sustainable alternative to the environmentally destructive fashion industry by creating attire out of bamboo fibers. Plastic micofiber comprise 90% of marine debris, shedding from plastic based fabrics during every wash. Fibra provides a truly green alternative to the harmful use of these materials.

MemoryBox is an app that uses memory games and audible reminders to keep people above the age of 50 attentive and delay memory loss associated with early onset dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. MemoryBox additionally seeks to partner with researchers to share its data and further research towards a cure for these diseases.
