Jeff Eyet

Faculty Advisor

Jeff Eyet skillfully blends empathy, insight and pragmatism to drive innovation in the corporate world and academia. Since 2019, he has supported B-BAY in shaping the entrepreneurial mindsets of future business leaders.

As the managing partner of The Berkeley Innovation Group, he specializes in crafting five-year strategic plans for mid-market companies to navigate complex landscapes and achieve sustainable growth. At Berkeley Haas, Jeff draws on his rich consulting experience to stimulate students’ curiosity, open new spectrums of possibilities and direct them toward unexpected yet innovative solutions. Beyond the classroom and boardroom, Jeff serves as a mentor to a diverse range of talent—from budding student entrepreneurs to ambitious founders and seasoned executives.

He holds an M.B.A. from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Asra

Asra R. Khan

Interim Director

Asra R. Khan, has a decade of experience working at the intersection of tech, entrepreneurship, and youth development.

Before coming to B-BAY, she scaled her education startup to impact 6400+ youth and women with digital literacy and entrepreneurship education in Pakistan. She has been a consultant and instructor for entrepreneurial curriculum at startup accelerators and innovation labs.

She is a grant recipient of the United States Institute of Peace, and a scholarship recipient of the Harvard Project for Asian & International Relations in the Technology & Innovation track. Asra holds a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi – Pakistan.

Soorbhi

Soorbhi Khadilkar

Program Manager

Soorbhi Khadilkar brings over three years of experience in international higher education and youth development

Before joining B-BAY, her roles included designing and implementing new student orientation programs and developing graduate programming, where she supported the successful transition of over 150 international students from 60+ countries.

Soorbhi holds a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science and Political Science from the University of California, Davis.

Kathy

Kathy Tran

Administrative Assistant

Kathy Tran is junior at Berkeley Haas and started her journey with B-BAY as a Teaching Assistant. She has experience working with high school students through Boost@Haas program.

Kathy recently completed an internship at Amazon as  Creative Advertising Intern. She is currently a Residential Assistant in dorms and helps B-BAY with digital operations.

Rachel Emilie Chen

Rachel Chen

Academic Year Coordinator

Rachel Chen is a senior at Berkeley Haas and also double majoring in Computer Science. She has over 6 years of experience tutoring and mentoring students. Previously, Rachel has worked as a course coordinator for other Berkeley classes for 2 years now and brings in academic and administrative experience.

Nathaniel Santoso

Nathaniel Santoso, B-BAY Alumnus

Blue Cohort Lead

Nathaniel Santoso is a junior at UC Berkeley double majoring in Business Administration and Data Science. He was a part B-BAY’s Middle School Summer Program when he was in 6th grade. When he started at Cal, he came back to B-BAY in January 2024 to be a Teaching Assistant for the B-BAY Middle School Afterschool Program and High School Academic Year Program.

Recently, he completed a Data Analytics Internship at Invisalign. On campus, he is the Director of Entrepreneurship for the Haas Business Student Association and also a Project Manager for Data Science Society, UC Berkeley’s first data science student organization, and have worked on consulting projects with Mattel and JamBase!

Siddharth

Siddharth Ramalingam, B-BAY Alumnus

Gold Cohort Lead

Siddharth Ramalingman is a sophomore at UCLA, studying Business Economics and Computer Science. In 2023, he won B-BAY’s High School Entrepreneurship program, where he developed a start-up called EdFur-U, which provided assistive technology in the form of a multi-sensory, sustainable, and budget-friendly teddy bear for neurodiverse children.

Siddharth is the founder of Open Hacks Collective – a student-led business education initiative and Vice President at Bruin Entrepreneurs. He started as a Teaching Assistant & Coordinator with B-BAY in 2024.

Huy

Huy Le

Oski Cohort Lead

Huy Le is a junior at UC Berkeley studying Economics and Music. He has worked with Cal Athletics and have been working closely with a small business called Aquatic Sports Performance as a Business Operations Intern and a Strength Coach. Huy started at B-BAY as a Teaching Assistant for the Academic Year program in 2024.
