Olive Davis, director of the Berkeley Business Academy for Youth, is a 2006 Berkeley Haas Business School graduate with a minor in Peace and Conflict Studies and over 25 years of youth development and programing experience. She has youth development coursework and training, as well as training from the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE).   She has been a business instructor at summer business camps across the Bay Area.

Savon Bardell is a graduate of UC Berkeley, holding a B.A. in Rhetoric with a minor in Race and Law. Savon is an Oakland native and started working for BBAY while she was an undergrad. Under the invaluable guidance of Olive Davis, Savon has developed not only strong skills in teaching, logistics, and leadership, but also has shared in the program’s vision of youth empowerment.
