At Berkeley Haas we are redefining the business school graduate. A fundamental step is to celebrate our shared values, and we’ve codified them for the first time in our defining principles: People who question the status quo, project confidence without attitude, learn as students always, and think beyond themselves. These values are shared across our whole community, from faculty to PhDs to MBAs to undergraduates, as well as our college pipeline program.

The Berkeley Business Academy for Youth is guided by Professor Paul Gertler Chief Economist of the Human Development Network of the World Bank from 2004-2007 and the Founding Chair of the Board of Directors of the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) from 2009-2012.
