Olive Davis, director of the Berkeley Business Academy for Youth, is a 2006 Berkeley Haas Business School graduate with a minor in Peace and Conflict Studies and over 25 years of youth development and programing experience. She has youth development coursework and training, as well as training from the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE). She has been a business instructor at summer business camps across the Bay Area.
Asra Rizwan Khan, Academic Year Program Manager has 8+ years of experience working at the intersection of tech, entrepreneurship, and youth development. Before coming to B-BAY, she scaled her education startup to impact 6400+ youth and women with digital literacy and entrepreneurship training in Pakistan. She has been a consultant and instructor for startup accelerators and innovation labs. She is a grant recipient of the United States Institute of Peace, and a scholarship recipient of the Harvard Project for Asian & International Relations in the Technology & Innovation track. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.
